Weight and Growth Tracking

Save a patient by Patient ID and record measurements over time. Track adult weight changes, or plot paediatric length/height, weight and BMI using WHO and CDC growth references. Saved paediatric datapoints are calculated using the saved birthdate and measurement date.

Retrieve saved patient

Search by Patient ID, date of birth, or both.

Create new patient

If the birthdate is changed and saved, chart ages and centiles are recalculated from the saved measurements. Patient ID, sex, date of birth, height and weight are shared with the calculators, anthropometry and diet history tools.

Enter patient details above first. The patient will be saved before the first measurement is added.
